Sticky Sesame Carrots
These sticky sesame carrots are soft, sweet, and full of flavour—Delilah absolutely loves them. Roasting brings out the natural sweetness of the carrots, while a little ghee and honey gives them a buttery, caramelised glaze. Carrots are rich in beta-carotene for eye health and immunity, and ghee supports gut and brain development with its healthy fats. A sprinkle of sesame seeds adds a gentle crunch and a boost of calcium. They're a perfect finger food, a nourishing side, or a tasty veggie to pop in a lunchbox.
