Hey, I’m Maddy — welcome to Delilah’s Plate.
I started this page when my daughter, Delilah, began solids, and I quickly realised how important it was to feed her simple, nourishing meals that would support her growing body. I believe in the power of real, whole, and traditional foods — like bone broth, slow-cooked meats, seasonal vegetables, kefir, oily fish, eggs, and other quality proteins — to support not just our little ones, but us as adults too.
Here, you’ll find easy, nutrient-dense recipes that are toddler-friendly and made with the whole family in mind — simple, wholesome meals that make feeding growing bodies feel a little less overwhelming. Food should feel good, without the pressure to be perfect.
